Unconventional Training Grounds: Part 1 Print E-mail
Thursday, 31 July 2008

Jereme Sanders is starting a series of videos called "Unconventional Training Grounds." For anyone who lives in the suburbs or a rural area, these are going to be videos for you. They'll feature places a lot of less experienced traceurs would commonly overlook as training location, and just give examples of how to be creative with minimal stuff to work with.

Check out Part One of Jereme Sanders' "Unconventional Training Grounds" Project here!

Heh, that's pretty cool. If I were in the suburbs, I'd look for one of those rails first thing: if I could only have one out here in the country to work with....

Great video, I live in a small town, and thats the kind of training I try to do. Gave me great ideas for my next workout. You should try to make a video at a local park, soccer fields, tennis courts, baseball fields stuff like that. Looking forward to your next video.
