Workout- Two classic bodyweight benchmarks from Crossfit ....

"Cindy"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

OR

"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

Does Mary's 10 one legged squats alternating mean 5 on each leg or 10 on each leg?

And Cindy, 16... admittedly I had to switch the pull ups to kipping pull ups after about the 3rd or 4th round in order to get them done. Shattered my previous best of 12 though.
