Since I still can't run, I'm gonna substitute situps and leg-lifts instead.

My first WOD! It kills me and I didn't even do the L-pullups with extended legs, just bent knees :o. And I can't even perform 1 handstand pullup. My EGO crashed on this workout!
But I loved it!

Started off the day with a 6:00am workout, courtesy of Crossfit. Total time for that was 21:48 and it was killer.

Came home and did some Parkour training for around 45 minutes, then hit our WOD..total time 21:45. HSPU's were the biggest sticking point, as usual, which is why I love them so much! :D

Bubblemaker, AWESOME job, it's nice to see somebody stepping up and doing what they can! Give it time and you'll be up to the level of the Rx'd workload! Keep it up! :D

Well instead of working out I went snowboarding all day, I got a great leg workout and my hand still hurts from keeping a grip on the toe rope.

Hey Snow it's great to see someone else who is doing the two-a-days! I too do the CrossFit in the AM and Parkour in the PM.

Using the fine art of exercise substitution and the rep numbers as a guide are a big help to make it through the day.

So thanks Jesse for the ambitious project of listing the various exercise substitutions.

did the workout in 18 min. Unfortunately my pullup bar recently ripped out of the wall while I was using it! haha that was scary...

so instead of l pullups i just had to do ledge pullups. also, i subbed the 400m sprints for 120m QM sprints back and forth in my basement.

Augh last minute christmas shopping ate up my day faster than expected!

Wasn't about to go do these in the cold so I took Demon's cue and subbed the runs for QM, and the 10 L-pullups with 1:00 L-sit.

Most L pull ups i did was 6 but i finished off the reps to 10 and i did 10 HSPU's because i find them hard even though i do them against a wall.

My time was 25:58. I subed knee push ups for the HSPU's and completed 5 band assisted pull ups then held the L sit bent kneed for 5 seconds, streching out one leg at a time then repeating this once to end a rep. The 400m were awsome, I kept a good steady pace thoughout the workout and sprinted the last 400, it felt great!!
