A vault in which a person jumps off of one foot, passes over the obstacle feet first, pushes off the obstacle with both hands, and then lands. This is often a very inefficient vault, as you could basically jump over the obstacle with the same movement, but it does have value when it is appropriate for the resultant landing area.

...i wish mt town actully had something to vault..im in a Little ass town Poulation 800..and onlything to vualt of here is a Trash can....out bigest building in town is Wal-mart..i kid u not....im in a Parkour Dead zone....

APK warm-up: 
 
15-25 squats 
10-15 pull-ups 
10-15 push-ups 
5 samson stretch each side 
 
Agility Work-out (What I can remember): 
 
Mark out a 10rung ladder on the ground (tiles can also be used). 
 
High knees - 1 step per block 
High knees - 2 steps per block 
Side Steps - 1 step per block 
Side Steps - 2 steps per block 
High knees backwards - 1 step per block 
Butt kicks - 1 step per block 
 
Finally, do 3 5-count burpees followed by 0:30 to 1:00 of random quadropedal movement (walking on four limbs - like a baby or dog, cat, fish etc. Wait no not fish...) 
 
Repeat exercise as needed.
