This Saturday traceurs from the Midwest will be heading to the Indiana Dunes State Park for a different type of jam.  Its good to get out and experience Parkour/Freerunning on a different landscape, this time being sand.  The soft cushioning of the dunes allows one to train more difficult movements and train them a larger scale. Having jams outside of the urban jungle will increase ones adaptation skills for new situations too and a lot can be learned training in these types on environments.

Below is an example of training in a not so urban environment by Zack Bedingfield.
