wow, ive always wanted to know the best way to spot, and this has helped so much :)
ive had bad experiences in the past with people spotting me. i do jujitsu and wanted to try a wall flip, so i asked my sensei to spot me, bad move, i done 2 wall flips and then the 3rd one, he decided to improvise on his spotting and held my belt instead, this stopped my rotation half way and i JUST landed, badly spraining my ankle :sigh will try agen with him sometime, thanx for this :grin :grin :grin

Wow, I'm so glad I watched this. I've been wanting to learn how to do flips for a while now. I have the strength to do it, I'm sure of it. Just not the confidence. Now I can show my friends how to spott and we can learn to flip! SICK!! 8)
