"Think you've got what it takes to be a Ninja? G4's American Ninja Challenge is back for a third round, and its going to be bigger and better than ever. We're giving you another chance to prove your mettle and earn the right to challenge the world's most difficult and diabolical obstacle course ever created." Last season APK members Brian "NoSole" Orosco and Levi "SkyNative" Meeuwenberg showed us that traceurs and freerunners have what it takes when they won the chance to go to Japan and compete on the game show Sasuke. All you have to do is create a video to demonstrate your ninja skills and training by July 31st and submit it here . (or click on the ninja)

Attention All Aspiring Ninjas!

What:  G4 is giving viewers a once in a life-time opportunity to travel to Japan to challenge the world's most difficult and diabolical obstacle course ever created. "Ninja Fest 3" submissions are now being accepted and G4 is calling viewers to submit video of themselves which demonstrates all of the necessary "Ninja Warrior" attributes, including strength, speed, agility, flexibility, stamina and the passion to compete among some of the finest

            athletes in the world.

When: Submissions open July 1 and run through July 31

This fall, three lucky finalists will have an opportunity to join Attack of the Show's Kevin Pereira and Olivia Munn in Japan, to compete in the third annual "Ninja Challenge" which will be presented as a special on G4.

Where: Information regarding contest rules, details and submission guidelines is available at

  http://www.g4tv.com/ninjawarrior

Details: Each "Ninja Warrior" contest features extraordinary amateurs with ordinary day jobs such as gas station manager, teacher and fisherman

competing alongside word-  class athletes from around the world.  Contestants have included U.S. Olympians, including gymnasts Paul and  Morgan Hamm, who took home Gold and Silver Medals at the 2004 Athens games, and decathlete Paul Terek.  Even with the participation of elite athletes, only two entrants in the history of the contest have completed the four-stage course. "Ninja Warrior" airs weeknights at 6 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. ET/PT.

About the Competition

Stage One:

Although Stage One is only the first of the four levels, a vast number of competitors fail to overcome this challenging test of speed, strength and agility.  With Stage One challenges changing frequently, the one thing competitors can expect is a high level of difficulty.

Stage Two:

The singular athletes who complete Stage One are presented with a sequence of aerial challenges in Stage Two. One wrong move and competitors find themselves plummeting into the water hazard below. Upon reaching the end of Stage Two, the tired competitors must raise a series of doors that become progressively heavier.

Stage Three:

Those who reach Stage Three find that the difficulty of the obstacles increases dramatically. Fatigue sets in quickly and even the most extraordinary athletes discover they lack the strength and will to conquer a variety of challenges requiring the highest levels of skill and determination.

Stage Four:

Upon reaching the final stage, competitors find little reason to celebrate. The truly monumental Stage Four consists of a single challenge that even the finest athletes are unable to conquer. Standing beneath a steel tower that rises more than 70 feet above them, challengers have only 30 seconds to scale a 40-foot wall and then pull themselves up a 30-foot rope.

All you 21+ traceurs better throw something together and submit a vid! I don't care if you don't think your're good enough... let G4 decide that. You can't win if you don't enter. I really wanna see freerunners dominate the competition like last year! :p
