What a night. I'm sore as hell from the jam yesterday, and I had just gotten back from the family Christmas party, so I just knew I was going to either puke or pass out. Almost skipped it, but instead, set a PR in the deadlift at 350# (bodyweight 172#, double-bodyweight WOOT!). Then I came upstairs and got down to business...
I was shooting for 10:00 or under, thinking that might have been a bit optimistic, but instead I got 7:53, with my legs about to shut down at the end. What a way to work out yersterday's lactic acid!

Just pushed through this one super hard, but paced myself nicely. On average 10 burpees followed by 10 seconds of rest, with a slightly longer break at 50.
Got 6:20, and I surprisingly am not as sore now as I was about an hour or two ago!

Well i did 75 in about 5 mins, but then my legs gave out, prolly because I was working for 6 hours as a waiter and had a party upstairs so i had to keep on going up and down all night.

did them already sore as hell and really tired. i got 100 in 8:25. apparently i need to work on some conditioning.

I didnt do the push up or the clap. I looked at the link afterwards to see if i did them right so 8:25 probably would of been more like 20 at least i didnt hurt as much from the exercise the day before

weird. how'd I do it in 6:25? I think i must've looked at the clock wrong... probably took me a whole minute more. It got harder after about 70, which then at 90 it took me about 5-10 seconds each....
