I think this would be cool to have, but I don't exactly think we (as experienced freerunners) NEED this. I'm sure it will help in some situations but this can be almost too influential because of the love of Mr. Foucan. Maybe his ''way'' or style is different than yours, but this book makes you change it to his. Or maybe I am completely wrong, I guess I am thinking too far ahead, but I hope this is more of a guide book than anything.

Oh man, I'd love to get this just to read up on his take on how it all started and what it is to him and all that. It's great to look at others' philosophies and thoughts regarding parkour and free-running, as we can always learn something from anyone.

remember, this is about the great philosophies and reasonings behind free running. no matter how EXPERIANCED you are at free running, learning the ways behind your passion is nothing short of amazing.

I looked on amazon.co.uk and I think they said it comes out Nov. 9th. The only thing I'm wondering is if it's gonna be in english...

is this the same book as "Free Running : The Urban Landscape is Your Playground" Also by foucan? i read on one review that its the same book, different title and cover...
