APK Warm-Up

Workout- Mark a 50m course, perform the following for time:

Lunge + Twist 50m, count total reps

Perform as many push-ups as Lunges

Burpee + Broad Jump 50m, count total reps

Perform as many Pull-Ups as burpees

Sprint 50m

25 Burpees

Sprint 50m

25 Dive-Bomber Push-Ups

Sprint 50m

25 Pull-Ups

Sprint 50m

I love the Mathematics track for the Lunge+Twist video. M.O.S.D.E.Finately!

total time for all of it: 55mins 
lunge reps: 46 steps in all 
burpee + broad jump: 18 
times throwing up: 1, guess i need to wait more than 30mins after eating breakfast heh  
 
as a complete novice i'm pretty proud of being able to do it, regardless how brutal it was :grin
