APK Warmup

Workout: 10 rounds for time: 

10 burpees

20 Jump-rope Double Unders (rope makes two passes per jump) 

Post time to comments 

Try as hard as possible to complete the jump rope as double-unders, even if they are not consecutive. Simply working the skill will bring vast improvement.

the burpees r no problem but the double unders r reely hard! :eek

Ugh I can't get the double unders that well but I did them.

34:08 . . . but not quite complete, I couldn't do the double unders after the 5th set so just jumped rope for about 30 sec.

I was just reading about this on the cross fit site but don't just jump rope normally to try to get the same exercise out of the double unders. If you cant do them then replace it with the high knee raise jumps. I personally can't do double unders and these jumps were supposed to be a good substitute.
