The Pittsburgh City Paper has just put up an article on Parkour thats bursting with goodness! It mainly follows Pittsburgh traceurs Drew "PKFR" Obenreder and a few of his friends. It starts with the reporter at the Ohio PK Generations meeting, devles into what parkour is, and discusses what we do when we jam and train. They overview the basic movements and point out that no gear is nevessary. It gives you a real good feel as to what Parkour is all about. Please take a few minutes out of your day to read this well written article and give props to those who helped it happen :)

hahaha this article is actually what inspired me to start training... i had thought about it before hand, but back then i lived in a small town, and all i could really do is run through the woods and climb trees. don't get me wrong, it's still fun and challenging, but somehow a five story building seems like more of challenge to me...

Yeah, a five story building is a challenge for most traceurs/traceuses. I'd look at it as something more than a challenge, and climb it to see what's on top. 'Course, people being inside may get the cops called on you. :grin
