Workout- Two classic bodyweight benchmarks from Crossfit ....

"Cindy"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

OR

"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

I did Cindy's workout and i got 13 Rounds... 
 
I really suprised myself actualy i really didnt think i'd get that many but man am i beat 
 
I think that adds up to about  
65 pull-ups 
130 Pushups 
195 Squats (correct me if im wrong plz) :grin
