Good job Mark, you gave a great interview and showed how intelligent and eloquent a Parkour enthusiast can be. I just started conditioning myself for Parkour and I'm a new member of this site, even though I've been interested in the sport for about three years now. I didn't know you trained out in DC, I wish I could come to your gym and learn from you. Maybe some day.

Yeah Mark, really nice interview. It was good to see you represent Parkour in its true form. I wish more people could understand the art of it, and the practicality it holds for people in everyday life, rather than just the obvious physical, compeditive sport aspect. I've only just joined the site, and have begun my own training in Parkour a month ago, and I love everything you've got here on the website. I'd love to get a big jam on the East coast sometime, but I'm in CT, and it's a long drive to D.C.

Great interview along with some great footage. You and the rest of the members at APK have been inspiring from the start. Thanks

I agree with the rest fantastic interview! This website has helped me a lot and I particularly enjoy the media and workout of the day. I liked that Davinchi quote as well. I find that has happened with me.
Keep up the good work.

As with everyone else, I agree that it was a wonderful interview and a good representation of Parkour. Only thing that bugged me was the other guys asking if you wanted to climb X and flip off it, climb Y and flip, and more flips. While I do think flips can be pretty cool, it's really not part of Parkour, and crosses more into Free Running.
