A bit of running.

Warmup:

5 minutes of jogging, jumping and QM .

Workout: 

Run 5k. The more hills the better. Post time to comments. 

Compare to 11-28

Running a 5k may not be a big deal for most of you but for me it's a huge accomplishment, I've never run that far before, plus I kept a steady pace the whole time, well I walked (swiftly) for about three lengths of a block in the middle of the run, but I ended with a hard sprint, yippee. My time was 32:07

Ran mine on the track at my school. No hills or nuthin. 27:07.

perhaps some hopping for the temporarily one-footed? :p  
I wonder if I could do some one-footed QM. Hmmmm. I guess that would make it TM (tri-pedal movement)??

First off, HUGE props to Emmie, she's been busting her ass non-stop with these workouts, and don't forget this is with a full class schedule and three kids to take care of (or, two kids and myself, which is almost worse ;)
 
Second..ugh...I was really looking forward to this until I totally screwed up my neck/back today acting like an idiot...M2, hurry up and agree with me an get it over with...

I've always hated running.... 
 
That excuse doesnt work. I was too sore today from yesterday, plus I just got home (9pm) and i got a ton of schoolwork. SORRY MAYBE TOMORROW! I hate being nonenduric.

ive been a bit too busy, i just had a bunch of things stolen from me and had to take care of my bank account, etc.

spent most of the time QMing love that QM. Worked on my galoping gaits, did some jogigng but on the track inside my gym, to cold to go outside on hills and stuff stoped after I started to feel discomfort in my knees, but there fine

it's about 9 degrees out right now and I was out running for about 10 minutes on the track, too damn cold. Going to do some shuttle runs in my apartment mixing it up with some QM followed by some handstand training!

I was teaching a class in Manhattan, so I couldn't run a measured course, but I ran 25 minutes at a pace that I feel should be at least 2.8K :)

Working on some term projects :sigh due this week (ie; tomorrow) wont have time for the WOD.

i have a bio final tomorrow and a mass media final on thursday. i went out and ran hard for 20 min. for a study break.
