Workout- 7 rounds for time:

25 Jump Rope Double-Unders (Rope makes two passes for each jump)

15m Qadrapedal Movement

10 Broad Jumps

for some odd reason i cant do this i can do the double unders and i can do the broad jumps but cant do the movements

For some reason I am really bad at doing broad jumps, I am about 6 feet 9 inches tall but I barley go anywhere. :upset
