Mike "Kipup" Friedman

Mike "Kipup" Friedman has been training Parkour for over three years now and took this passion with him to college where he started the University of Michigan's first and only Parkour club. Today, he uses the club as a venue to teach the art he loves to others of all skill levels.

Travis Noble Graves

Travis discovered parkour in spring 2006 and immediately began training diligently while gathering as much information as possible. Drawn to the idea of parkour as a path of self-improvement and discovery, he wanted to share the discipline with as many people as would listen, and early on co-founded the University of Michigan's parkour club. Having been placed in a teaching role almost as long as he's been training, Travis hopes to continue bringing parkour to others and promote healthy practice of the art.

Sam "Disciple" Slater

Having studied the Martial Arts for 15 years, Samuel was drawn to Parkour due to the parallels he found the two arts had in regards to philosophy and training. Sam has been training for 3 years, and he prefers to work less on large moves per se, instead focusing on technique and smooth transfer of motion.

John "HCT" Rosenberg

Jesse "HCT" Rosenberg has been training with increased passion and dedication for the past 3.5 years. A leading member of the NY/NJ Parkour community, Jesse strives to emphasize the benefits of natural training and conditioning to all who he teaches.
