Food for thought...
Rest day. This is a good time to polish some of your gymnastic skills, especially the handstand. While your'e messing with that, check out the WOD post for today on www.crossfit.com , about the ability to train in an unstable plane. There's some discussion of Parkour in their comments section, mostly the ability to overcome obstacles from a variety of angles, etc. It is quite interesting!

went to the rec and did power cleans, dips, and shoulders. then finished up with my first ever isometric stretching. that stuff is brutal.

good thing...next few days im beating the crap out of myself to lose weight for wrestling...so no WODs until wed. night.
