Muse_of_Fire, LaurieJennifer, Janine Cundy, me (Phytolith) and other
women from around the country for a comprehensive two day seminar in
Parkour that will help you gain confidence and strength in your own

Parkour training.
Over two days, in a safe, progressive format,
we'll cover Parkour specific skills of landing and rolling, tic-tacs,

from Primal's Mark Toorock.
If the weather permits, we'll spend
part of our second day outdoors practicing and reviewing recently
acquired skills and techniques.
