In February of 2002 I saw something that changed my life. The BBC's "Rush Hour" video featured a man jumping between buildings, flipping, vaulting, all with incredible grace. There was no question to me that these "stunts" were real and that the man performing them had worked incredibly hard to get to the physical and mental level he demonstrated.
