i dont even get how they do it without the pop... like how he was doing it... come from the right. punch hands out, plant on wall and tuck, u would think he would end up facing left? but no lol, not at all -.-

i cant even do it without the pop lol i cant find a place to practice without bustin my face ive been tryin to do it with a mattress against a wall and i mean a nasty mattress behind kroger is it like a palm spin? anyone have any suggestions?

haiji....yea its like a verticle palm spin..you should try it on a pole like a sreet pole than you can get good grip to learn and jump high and aim high with your hands.
