haiji....yea its like a verticle palm spin..you should try it on a pole like a sreet pole than you can get good grip to learn and jump high and aim high with your hands.

12. 10-10-2008 21:44

I think i'll try the normal wall spin first
hahaha

I can't do the normal wall spin for crap. The stress is huge. I have osgood schlatters disease in both of my legs (google it if you want to know), and I don't know if that affects me at all, but during the move, my hands release from the wall as soon as I hit the vertical peak, so I mess up and land on my hands. Sometimes I hit the part of my leg with the disease in it, and ugh, that's the only thing that hurts like hell.

wow buchanan the name osgood schlatters disease made me think it was fatal or somthing (any disease with i long name ive never heard of useally makes me think that) but from what ive gathered from google it goes away right. i think wall spins are easier to practive if u use somthing slanted about 75-80 degrees first and wotking ur way up to 90 degrees

well im off to practice this :p

16. 12-08-2008 05:13

my coach made me start with the palm spin before the wall spin. once you can do a really high wallspin, try moving

19. 11-13-2009 08:11

...anyways, this is pretty hard, i can only do my spins one direction so i gotta use my lefty foot.
