Palm Spin Print E-mail

The palm-spin is a very simple maneuver once you understand and put into practice a couple of basic principles. First and most important is keeping your center of gravity on the side of the object closest to you. That is, don’t go too far over the obstacle.

The placement of your non-rotational hand is up to personal preference, so experiment.

You only really need to jump up, as it only requires slight sideways force to complete the rotation. Make sure to tuck your legs in tight, rotate around the heel of your planted hand, and you’re good to go.

I have big problems with doing this. :cry same with the wall spin too. After 8 total hours of practice of the wall spin, I've gotten absolutely nowhere.
