Warm-Up x 3: Run 1 lap, 10 lunges, 10 push-Ups, 10 pull-ups, 2 samson stretch
 
5x:15 L-site on the minute
5x10 Hollow rocks w/:45 rest
 
Workout: 2 rounds for time:
10 Jump Lunges (lunge, jump up, switch legs, repeat)
10 close-hand push-ups
10 L-Pull-Ups
15 Jump Squats
15 Push-Ups
15 Pull-ups
20 Squats
20 Side-to-side push-Ups (wide hands, shift to the right for the first push-up, left for the second, etc.)
20 knees to elbows
