Subbed HSPU negatives x5 L-pull-ups x5
short rest between strength and plyometric exercises.
Multiple attempts on Front and Side Plank. Recently began conditioning again after a few months downtime.

Still need the wall for the HSPU and no claps in the pull-ups (my bar isn't secure enough) and only 1:00 on the planks (first time doing them). Great workout.
