Hehe, word skipper, word ;)

Earlier today I did a max-effort Deadlift workout of 3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1-1-1 rep rounds. Last rep was at 340lb, which is a new PR by 5lb...the best part is that I felt like I had at least another 10 in me. I'll save it for next time...

This workout rocked. Emmie and I started each at a different station and just rotated through. Towards the end I was being chased by pukie the whole time, so I got mixed up on my rounds. I either did 11 or 12 with another set of double-unders and pull-ups, so I'll say 11 for accuracy's sake.

Emmie got 8 rounds plus 7 squats, jumping pull-ups for the entirety and single rope-jumps...WOOT!! :D

Yeh so i was ognna buy a jumprope but the storm is so bad here i didin't want to leave so i did the burpees instad, let me just say they are in no way equal to a jump rope. I got through 4 rounds with the burpees and then five more burpees on the fifth set. Please never make me do anything with my arms again because i think they may fall off. BTW thanks for having your little girl comapre her rounds to mine so i can look like an idiot. SHE DID TWICE AS MANY ROUNDS AS ME! I may never show my face again...

This is the final deadline for me, coming down to the final hours I have of finishing my big papers all due tomorrow. I thought I was going to have time but no dice, all of my concentration right now is going into finishing and improving the work that is due tomorrow, the last day of classes! [before finals :]
