Did I say something about looking forward to this? ... 
 
Well, I'm going to be looking forward to the rest day tomorrow. All jump-squats were for max height. HSPU's...they are my weakness, last time I did half incline push-ups, so this time was an improvement. I mixed full and 3/4 ROM HSPU's, both on the parallettes and the floor, and some free-standing eccentric lowering (which kill my time, but they're worth it for the balance practice)  
 
Pull-ups were straight the first set, then 10-5 for the last three sets... 
 
19:05 (this is subtracting about 5 seconds for my break to go give the kids hugs and kisses before bed...I'm glad I didn't puke on them...)

My time was 20:40, not to shabby :) For my push ups I used the parallettes as well as doing them on my knees (girly style), and my pull ups were assisted x10 per set. Now I must sleep zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. :x

I hate endurance. For the last 2 rounds, I was struggling like anything to do even 1 handstand pushup or 1 pull up. The jump squats were hella easy. Got a time of 22 flat plus or minus a few seconds.

i only did 3 rounds. didnt have any trouble with the HSPU's though: 
25-20-20 squat jumps 
20-20-20 HSPU 
15-9-8 pullups 
 
20 mins total 
 
Rest in pieces tommorrow

Don't got the juice for this one tonight, barely enough for homework and study for a test tomorrow. Will pick it up next rest day.

i've done plenty of handstand pushups in the passed but for some reason these were getting me dizzy. Took me 20 or so minutes.

20 HSPU is too much for me so i lowered it to 10 which was hard enough. other than that, i did it all. my time was 13 min.

This workout seemed particularly rough, but I slogged through it. Time was about 19:30, and by the second set of jump squats, it definitely wasn't max height, and started doing regular pushups on the 3rd set. 
 
time to work on papers then hit the hay!

Today i was swamped, started off shooting for my pk/science video then i just got back from shooting a fashion show, it was real good. I dig models. I'll make up for this one.

Good stuff. Although, I'm holding off on the squats until my ankle gets better. But the abs and upper body stuff is doable.
