Workout: 4 rounds, each for time, 1:00 rest between rounds.
 
Burpee + Broad Jump 15m up and back
 
Same number of push-ups as burpees
 
Same number of Leg Lifts as burpees
 
Post time for each round to comments.

Burpee + Broad Jump seems to be the key, but how many Burpee's do you do to get the same number of push-ups/leg lifts. Do we time it... or?

After months of trying to get my email to work it finally does. Anyway, this WOD doesn't look to different from my track practice, except we call broadjumps bounding and Burpees squat thrusts. :p

do they mean instead of jumping straight up for the burpee jump forward like a broad jump? and then however many of those we do in fifteen meters we do for pushups etc?

Josh, you hit the nail on the head. As many burpess + broad jump as it takes to make it 30m total.
