Perform the appropriate progression for each static hold; holding for as long as possible, resting, then repeating until you reach 2:00 total for each position.

So. On the Crossfit website that have always listed days off. So they would have to WOD, then a day off, then maybe 3 WOD's, then another day off. It has all varied. But if I look back on this list, your working out M-F, with the weekends off. Isnt that a little bit of overtraining? Or do you suggest a split?

Crossfit works 3 days on 1 day off. They also have used the 5/2 at their own facility. I try to vary the intensity of the workouts each week to take advantage of active recovery. I also leave it up the individual to know their limits, which I surely can't assume from where I'm sitting
The onset of actual overtraining is systemic and will vary greatly from person to person, but in general terms this frequency of training would most likely lead to overtraining only in the presence of unsound nutrition, sleep patterns or general stress levels.
