 Today's Primal Fitness WOD

Warm-Up x 3: Run 1 lap, 10 lunges, 10 push-Ups, 10 pull-ups, 2 samson stretch
 
5x:15 L-site on the minute
5x10 Hollow rocks w/:45 rest
 
Workout: 2 rounds for time:
10 Jump Lunges (lunge, jump up, switch legs, repeat)
10 close-hand push-ups
10 L-Pull-Ups
15 Jump Squats
15 Push-Ups
15 Pull-ups
20 Squats
20 Side-to-side push-Ups (wide hands, shift to the right for the first push-up, left for the second, etc.)
20 knees to elbows

Hey, I just started this and I'm kindan confused on what you mean for some of the workouts of the day. Like for example L-pullups the samson stretch L-site on the minute knees to elbows and hollow rocks please email me back and inform me

I'm confused with some of these work outs too if you could send me a site were I could look them up or find out what they are that would be great.

Just go over to the fitness tab and select Exercise Descriptions.

the workout was alright but that damned warm up nearly killed me :grin :grin
