APK Warm-Up 

 

Workout:

L-Sit - 2:00

Planche - 2:00

Front Lever - 2:00

Handstand - 2:00

Perform the appropriate progression for each static hold; holding for as long as possible, resting, then repeating until you reach 2:00 total for each position.

Keep track of how many total attempts it takes to reach the target time for each position. Post results to comments. Compare to 1-10-07

15 with back, 24 but think i was doing it too deep(resting thighs on elbows), 20, 19 at 1:01 (was horibly off balanced and from the back of my head to the mid way point of my neck felt like i strained it again, but there wasnt that warm fuzzy feeling this time so it wasnt as bad.) {should probably do these agianst the wall for a while.}
