For 20:00, work the Front Lever Progression along with any related skills, namely inverted hangs to slow lowering into the lever or one-legged lever position (from beast skills), and "Ice Cream Makers" where you swing into a lever position pause. Towards the end of the time-period some strategically placed Leg Lifts will help finish off any last semblance of low-ab strength you may have left.

Would it be possible to have a link to the APK WOD archives, like you have on the Primal Fitness site?

It is, just scroll over the fitness tab on the main menu and click the WOD tab in the drop-down.
