Just finished, didn't do too badly on the planche or lever, but the l-sits always kill me, i just have to keep working at it. I'm working on a new way to do handstands that i htink is better but still i'm not quite up to par i'll keep trying.

When I first saw this I was excited because I use to do gymnastics and I haven't worked these kind of muscles in a while. These are good stuff and will really help your overall balance. Perfect for people that are starting parkour and want to increase balance!

Yeah, just post here Skip. I overslept this morning so M2 had to just dig up an old post to update, and he missed that link. That will give you a reference point for the last time this came up though :D

I am absolutely dead-tired and sore from the workouts the last two days...crossfit has been killer, to say the least.

Emmie and I did the planche through the beginning of the L-sit earlier, but I was dying of hunger, so we took a break. Going to finish up now, but my times are horrible :P

Not worth continuing, my times are so horrible I don't want to post. Whatever tomorrow brings I'll have to double up. Even my frog planche sucks, hurts my arms where my knees go, and that never is the case, thought I was going to bust out a minute straight on that one at least.

Planche : tuck planche :10, :10. then switched to frog planche for :40 straight.
Front lever : :20, :20, :20.

Handstand : my handstands were super sucking today, not worth posting the times for!

Pulled an all-nighter last night =O So my form on a lot of these wasn't very good tonight! Now to get that rest I missed out on last night!
