The guys in Hawaii recently had a training day / seminar / jam. Read more for the write up by Ozzi from HawaiiPK.com as well as a slideshow style video. Pictured here is 9 year old "Andy".

A great success, this last Sunday we doubled the amount of people of last years seminar, 30 talented and excited guys and gal ready to train showed up during the seminar that took effect yesterday (Feb 10th) at the Halawa District Park, from beginner to intermediate, from breakdancers, trickers and martial artists to just the regular fun minded guys. They were all eager to learn and share their knowledge with each other. We started with an all body stretch lead by Adam, followed by Ozzi's famous Yamakasi Conditioning Time (hard core stuff inspired on the Yamakasi) by Ozzi. After that the whole HIpk team decided to go over all of the fundamentals of Parkour in order to get everyone ready for what would be the best part of the day, a mini jam across the street from the park.

We had people from Crossfit  who were exited to put their physical abilites to work in the demanding art of Parkour.

This won't be the last of our seminars. HIpk and the guys from Urban Current are planning to do at least another one toward the last semester of the year. Next project in mind is to organize the First State Wide Parkour Jam. Stay tuned for those events.
