APK Warm-Up

Workout: 5 rounds for time:

4 TGU's each side

10 DB Snatches each side

Run 200m

Having fun experimenting with different weights, and different objects, on TGU's. 
My snatch is not great. Practicing some one arm overhead squats, between snatches, to improve form. love short runs. Great workout!
