Warm-Up x 3: Run 1 lap, 10 x squat/push-up/pull-up/sit-up, 2x samson stretch
 
Workout: The crossfit benchmark "Annie" 50-40-30-20-10 rep rounds
Double Under (jump rope makes 2 passes for each jump)
 
Post time to comments. Sub for double-unders is equivilent singles, then 1/4 of the reps in burpees. That would mean the 50 set would be 50 single jumps and 12 burpees.

One lap around what? My house? The track? The city? How far is one lap?

generally, a lap is 1/4 a mile. but what's this whole 'crossfit benchmark "Annie"' thing?
