Featured Video: Escape - Sydney Parkour

Our new friends of Sydney Australia just released a video featuring Shaun Wood, Rhys James and Wiseno. They wanted to show something different; something that shows how they really feel about training. It's beautifully shot and edited and truly demonstrates their creativity in movement.

That was beautiful. I love videos that show the more peaceful meditative vibe of Parkour. The style reminded me of Julie Angel. That's not a bad thing at all.

This is a great video. Just some parkour around a great spot in a somewhat damp nature/urban environment with some smooth-feeling music to keep the feel in the audio track that's being conveyed in the video track.

Very cool idea to make it calmer, and how the area is portrayed as being a little secluded even in an urban area, so it feels like parkour is more "at home" if you will.

This movie is great. No one runs 15ft up a wall, no one clears tall buildings in a single bound, actually there aren't any death-defying feats.
This is exactly the beauty of the movie. It's a fantastic reminder that you don't have to be an Olympic gymnast to practice parkour or need any special equipment.
Just bring yourself and your buddies.
