APK Warm-Up

Workout: 10 rounds for time:

10 Push-Ups

20 Jump Rope Double Unders (Rope makes two passes for each jump)

10 Sit-Ups

20 Lunge-With-Twist (Alternating legs, 10 each side)

10 Back Extensions

Ian do the WOD but not the warm-up :sigh

I can do the warm ups but not the WOD yet. what does WOD stand for WOD is easy I just got out of surgery

23 minutes, substituted jump rope for pistols cause i don't have a jump rope
