APK Warm-Up 

Workout:

L-Sit - 2:00

Planche - 2:00

Front Lever - 2:00

Handstand - 2:00

Perform the appropriate progression for each static hold; holding for as long as possible, resting, then repeating until you reach 2:00 total for each position.

Keep track of how many total attempts it takes to reach the target time for each position. Post results to comments. Compare to 11-6-07

Tuck planche- :15, :10, then frog planche for 1:35 for 2 min total 
Front lever (legs tucked)- :30, :30, :30, :30 for 2 min total 
Handstand- :45, :45, :30 for 2 min total
