12:00 thanks for making me feel weak. I want to be stronger, must work harder.

Ya jesus, 8 minutes?!?!?
The dips are easy for me, i used to do them all the time. but i got held up (like always) on the handstand push ups and the clap pushups (kind of) because as frosti said, "I want to be stronger, must work harder."
final time was roughly 12:30.

Awesome Leon! I haven't had a chance to get to this yet, just got back from coaching the students on olympic lifting form at the school...I love my job sometimes :p

I'll hit this after going to see may daughter walk with the girlscouts in the Christmas parade :D

Ok guys, I did it in 22:00, minus the handstand push ups and I just did regular push ups :p, I will add that I did my meter work on our falty rowing machine, and had to estimate my distance, come to find out I did more than what was necessary, so can make up for my lack of push ups :grin

Today I am going to the gym for a Parkour session, but mainly to keep it organized. I won't be doing much cause my ankle is still jacked. But I will definitely try to do the upper body stuff.

So I was sitting here on the computer, thinking back. I did max-effort squats yesterday, then Clean and Jerks today. It's cold, and I have tons of work to do. I'm behind on about 15 potential projects, I need to cook dinner, and the house is a mess. I have a hot cup of coffee and my house is warm...

...So I said screw that, and started in on the warm-up.

It's frickin' FREEZING outside, and I couldn't find my Underarmour Cold Gear top. Oh well, I'll adapt.

All kinds of weird setbacks...having to rip off my sweat-shirt when I came inside to do the non-running parts, and having to take off my shoes to quickly pump out the HSPU's agains the wall...

But you know what? It was still hella' fun. There's something about knowing that you're not just busting your ass to the point of puking, but busting your ass to the point of puking while at the same time overcoming multiple obstacles that would set other people back that don't have the dedication for self-improvement.

Rock on to everybody who went out and busted your ass with me!

11:41 :D

Just finished the workout, and goddamn! Pushed myself super hard on this one.
Did it inside my apartment so I subbed the runs as follows : 400m with 1:15 jump rope, 200m with 0:45 jump rope, 100m with 0:15 jump rope.
Did in 10:00 and some change! The only real problem was with the HSPUs in which I definitely wasn't getting full RoM, I need to build me some paralettes!

Nice to see you here, and GREAT JOB!!!

As for me: About 14 min, I wasn't man enough to run in the cold at 12:30am so I substituted jumping jacks for runs.
