This work out confuses me. do you do circuit 1, rest 2 minutes, circuit two, rest two minutes circuit three and thats the whole workout. Or are you supposed to do Circuits 1,2,3 then rest two minutes and then do it again two more times?

you must do all 3 threee cicuits w/o stopping, then rest 2 min. do this again and again.
this was an awsome workout.

37 minutes, 30 sec =Anything but %100
That was hard. I guess being sick doesn't help
