Workout-A classic bodyweight benchmark from Crossfit ....

"Cindy"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

17 rounds and the pullups.  
 
I've been doing other stuff with my training so i havnt done these for aaages, but i'll be using them sometimes again :)

body weight squats? ive been tryin get back into shape ;)

kind of strange how most of these exercises are in the warmup 
 
but i guess its a benchmark day :x

On days where the regular warm-up matches the workout, modify either the load, exercises or reps in the warm-up to keep it within it's suited purpose; to prepare you for the challenge ahead, not ruin you before you start ;)

last time I only did 10 
WOOHOO! Improvement!

14 rounds, plus pullups and 6 pushups 
 
did the first 2 rounds of pullups without kip, the rest were done with ankle only jump with right foot (doing pullups on inside of door frame in closet under stairs)
