Photos must be new entries. All entries become property of American Parkour for indefinite usage in any medium or manner. You must have the right to submit the photo or your entry will
be void (and possibly membership revokation if you knowingly break
copyright laws).
In the event of a contest (such as Picture of the Year) any prizes
awarded will go to the participant in
the photo and the photographer. American
Parkour will send the prize(s) to the APK member who submitted the
photo (as long as they are the subject or photographer), it is that member's responsibility to distribute appropriately.
Contest winners by vote however APK maintains the right to override if
foul play is suspected, we can track votes by IP address etc etc.
