Gear, I cannot determine by any real life physics how those chairs in the "dips" photo description are not falling over
Anyhow, should be interesting to see what kind of time I get this time around for 50 L-Pull-Ups, will post up later tonight!

took me like 20 minutes. Gah I get tired after like 15. Then have to beak it into 10 and then 5. Eventually i can only do 1 without a break haha.

Haha, I don't bow to the laws of physics!
I mixed up my grip, mostly overhand, with some chins and neutral grip thrown in. Got 10 on my first set, then mostly 4's and 3's until towards the end, where they were 2's and 1's. Didn't count any half-assed reps, chin over the bar, arms to full extension on each rep.
6:10, PR by almost 2:00. I think the gymnastics static holds are doing some good :D

Oh yeah, and this was the first time that the pull-strength was as much if not more of an issue than my lower abs. I did a ton of pull-ups last night, and I wonder how much lower my time might have been if I had been 100% fresh...I'll have to wait until next time, I guess

18:10... for some reason my arms were the only thing not sore from last night's training session. I still have upper body strength issues that are slowly improving. a good stretch of the abs did the trick and i was on my way to do some L's!

Fun one, though I wasn't able to do the whole thing due to environmental restrictions. I had crazy frog hits to pump me up! I found the glute bridge pretty easy, so I did the one legged version. A little confused about the Hip Ab/Aductors so some pics would help... Also, did lame fingertip pullups on my doorframe till I was wiped.

L-Pullups just weren't working tonight so after the first 5, I stopped and did 50 regular pullups which took me roughly 10 minutes. [10, 10, 10, 5, 2, 3, 5, 5]
So I did 2:00 min of L-Sit to make up for the lack of an L in my "puups"]
And did the 5:00 min handstands earlier today while I was out training climb ups for the extra cred!

What are these two types of excersizes. When I try to go look them up I'm told I'm not authorized to look at their definitions. Could someone help a rookie out, Thanx!
