Are we supposed to do the APK warm up before the other workout or are we just supposed to do one of them?

both.

To answer the questions-

APK warmup, then workout.
This was adapted from the primal fitness WOD which assumes "up and back" is the length of the room. You should lunge-walk maybe 20-25 steps. Dumbbell pushup/row- Here
"15 for rounds" means do the exercises continuously for 15 mins and try to the most rounds of the three exercises in as possible.

I did a modified version of the 25th's workout tonight, didn't time.

3 rounds of :
5x clap push-ups followed by 5x push-ups
5x pistols (each side) followed by 10x jumping squats
5x clap pull-ups followed by 5x pull-ups

Finished with 2:00 front plank and side planks.

Was at the gymnastics gym so I set up and worked on adding distance to my same-level kong to precisions, also did some lacher / rail work. Finished up with about an hour of various front flip combinations for funsies; kong to precision front flip, and precision jump to front flip.
