Workout- Tabata intervals: Perform each exercise for :20 seconds followed by :10 seconds rest. Repeat x 8 for each exercise for a total of 4:00 each. Move directly to the next exercise with minimal rest. 

Squats

Push-Ups

Situps

Pull-Ups  

Keep track of total reps for each :20 second interval. Add together the lowest sets for each exercise for your total score. Post score to comments.  Compare to 6-20-06

Squats- 
27,30,28,28,27,28,27,28- score: 27 
Pushups- 29,25,19,17,17,18,17,18- score:17 
Situps- 24,26,25,24,26,26,24,25- score: 24 
Pullups- 10,6,6,5,4,4,4,4- score: 4 
 
Total- 72 
 
My pushups got a little shallow toward the end admittedly, and it should be noted that since my pullup bar doesn't allow for kipping all my pullups were strict.

25, 20, 15, 15, 12 (knees from here on), 10, 9, 9 (knees and regular) 
Situps (full ROM) 
13, 13, 12, 12, 13, 12, 10, 12 
Pull-Ups 
10, 5, 5 (failure = negatives from here on), 5, 4 (30 sec break), 4, 4, 5 
 
Surprisingly this was npt much of a cardio workout for me, my strength endurance held me back. I guess that's why we do the workouts. 
Score: 45
