Skipper - Remission PDF Print E-mail

The only real motivation for this video is to keep tabs on my progression. I want to make sure I document my journey in parkour and freerunning as much as possible, you know, so my grand-kids will have something that proves I wasnt always paralyzed from the neck down, lol.

This video was filmed by my girlfriend Linnie, Josh "Fu" Birkins, and myself via tripod/jamming my new camera in a fence to hold it still. Halfway through filming I suffered a bit of a wrist injury and had to take it easy for a few months, but I tried to come back full swing and finish this project as best I can. Hopefully from now on I will keep up with my progression a little closer and have a new video every couple of months for you all! Keep training, be safe, and dont take life too seriously, its hard to have fun that way!

" My philosophy, in essence, is the concept of man as a heroic being, with his own happiness as the moral purpose of his life, with productive achievement as his noblest activity, and reason as his only absolute."

A little bit of a deviation from the high-def wallpapers, but I couldn't pass up this photo taken by Tyson Cecka that was in the July 7th POTW gallery.  The saying is one I'll never forget from when I saw it on a t-shirt at the first PKUSA in NY years ago. I believe it was Ductmonkey, the creator of PDQ, who was wearing it!
