APK Warm-Up

 Workout: 20:00 for rounds of the following:

2 DB Overhead Squat : 15-25#, 15 reps

Pull-Up , 15 reps

Post rounds and partial rounds completed to comments.

I did about a 3rd of that, and now I can't walk...I'm fairly certain that mean's I'm fat. Lol.

7 reps of 15 squats 
7 reps of 15 random arm (no place to do pull up) 
20 minutes. 
 
+ precision jumping and abs 
 
ouch, I'll feel this tomorrow

Started up the WOD again, a little rusty 
 
4 rounds,  
 
pullups 15,13,10,10 switched grips 
 
squats 15,15,15,15 
 
added some isometrics.

Used PVC pipe w/no weight, so I did 20 squats each round instead of 15. 
 


1 assisted (small jump) from this set on  

1 jumping negative pullups from here on 

1 10 jumping negs from here on (hit failure at 10)

No DB's, used a broom handle for the overhead squat. Instead of rounds-for-time I just did 10 rounds at a slower pace because I was fairly exhausted from Kung Fu training.
