wannabes, half the time if not every time its people who want to look cool by saying they live and breath parkour, when they don't know the moves and are to scared to try them if they do.

Basically, those annoying little noobs that say they can do everything that you can [cept of course, they "can" do it better lol] and get ur hopes up, then you invite them to a one on one jam session, and they either totally suck, or they just stand there like an idiot staring at the object they were "going" to vault lol

Dang. I decorate my bus, but I know all the moves, ain't afraid to try them out.. can do flows and all... but I horribly exaggerate to my friends. Where does that place me?

I'd say that places you at a spot where you'd better live up to what you tell your friends, and/or show them what you can do and let them decide for themselves, friend! :zzz Just let it roll and hop on. I guess.

i wish there was someone in my area that was on the same level as me. my friends cant keep up (on the up side it makes me feel better) but if i were to try and keep up with someone who makes this a daily practice then id be screwed. plus im not a fan of the flips and what not... does that make me a bad person?

I dont think that flips are realy nessesary becuase it's not part of true parkour, freerunning would be different tho, i'd still like to try a flip eventualy after i get more basic moves down.

I actually dont get this word or it's meaning. Does it mean you are not supposed to be a fan of parkour if you are not also practitioning? And does it mean that those who want to learn have to try all aspects of pk all at once? ...or is the meaning, of this word, that this group you are referring to are giving parkour as a whole a bad name? To me being a "wannabe" or new beginner does not automatically mean being something bad/stupid (as i am reading it here in "annoying little noobs"). I just found the whole thing a bit close minded I guess. Didnt quite understand...
