APK Warm-Up

Workout: 3 rounds for time:

50 Jump Rope Double Unders (Rope makes two passes for each jump, substitute tuck jumps 1/1 if you don't have a jump rope)

25 Pull-Ups

about a half an hour for everything, and i don't have anything for pullups so i used a smattering of bodyweight exercises and a couple of free weight exercises to sub that out. i gotta get into a routine rather than only exercising every once and a while ...

The whole thing took about thirteen minutes, double unders sucked the most, got to work on my timming, or get a longer jump rope. Does any one do double unders one right after another?
